Would you go to the extent of leaving your friends behind to be with your family?
This sentence may sound a bit harsh, because families play one of the most important part in our lives. However, some of us have known our friends since kindergarten or primary school until we could not bear to leave them. Take me for example. This may come as a shock, but my father has to go to Malaysia for work, until 2012. I am in a dilemma. Should I join him in KL, or stay and continue studying in Victoria School. As i said in my previous post, i dislike making difficult choices. I seriously don't know.
Oh well, no more of this. Let's move on to a little more pleasant stuff. During the December holidays, RSP( regional studies programme) organized a trip to Selanggor. We had a taste of kampong life there. Like the food, culture and the starry night, which you cannot see in Singapore coz' of light pollution. We watched fireflies and a traditional dance. Evan and I discovered a scorpion in the bathroom. I accidentally squished it with the bathroom slipper. Apart from the cold water for bathing and the scary and gory movies they showed on the bus, the rest were pleasant memories. It had been a fun experience, but I am in no hurry to go back to Selangor.
I did not take any pictures, unfortunately, so I am unable to post any pics. Well i have GTG. So farewell for now...
Yours randomly,
Jared
